A Visit to Busch

Just wanted to mention that I was in St. Louis for work recently, and I made my first trip to Busch on Sunday to watch the Cards kick the Dodgers in the teeth. What a great, great ballpark.

Hot as blazes, though. The heat almost ruined the experience. It seemed like a third of the crowd was gone by the 5th inning, what with the lopsided score and all. Still, it was a great time. I even bought a hat, though I'm a Yankee fan.

Yeah, we had brutal heat for like 2 weeks. I went to 2 night games during the heat wave and it wasn't too bad actually. The old Busch was much cooler though
The new one seems too much like 80% of the other ballparks nowadays. The old one was different and neat
