Damn that sucks I loved Robles as a sleeper in my minors draft this winter. I can't believe the Angels didn't get something done with Harvey some say he was one of the top 3 arms in the draft. What is Moreno thinking?

I don't know about Robles, but the Angels didn't even come close to signing Harvey. Apparently he was asking $2.5M and the Angels offered $1M.

I heard they offered Harvey 1.5 mil. They said they were offering him a salary that was comparable be being a middle first round pick. Oh well he'll be on my radar next year hopefully the yanks will make a run at him.
