Joe Posnanski of the Kansas City Star just got word that Mike Moustakas signed with the Royals. No word on the terms yet.

With a minute to go, doesn’t look like the Orioles will sign Matt Wieters. No word on what’s going on with the Cubs and Josh Vitters . . . thought that would have been done earlier this evening.

EDIT: Now they are reporting that Wieters signed.
