His original projections of .300 with 30 HR power look even more attainable after switching to third base. It seems like his bat would make him good enough to get a starting spot opening day 2008 but his defense still needs ALOT more work, pushing him back to a probable summer '08 callup. He has the power hitting frame (6'3 210), plate discipline (70/53 k/bb compared to basically 2/1 last season), and it looks like he's over the wrist surgery he had in early '06. I think that the Eastern League is also considered tough on hitters but I'm not sure on that.
