How was the activity in your league as the deadline approached? In all my years of playing fantasy sports I've never had a trade deadline quite as eventful as this past Sunday in my 10 team keeper. In the final 4 hours leading up to the Sunday deadline, a total of 7 managers participated in 8 trades with a whopping 27 players and 3 picks changing hands. All my other leagues had hardly a whimper, perhaps 1 deadline day deal, maybe two at most. Just wanted to share - how active was your league?

almost all my leagues never see activity pick up at the deadline. But maybe I just need to find better leagues.

I agree there seemed to be more activity at the deadline than in previous years. I myself participated a lot of trades, and I hardly ever trade.

My main league had a flurry of trading a few weeks ago, but has been quite since. I was involved in 3 of the trades and am trying to drum up a few small deals for later round future picks before the deadline this Sunday (we have an extended deadline in order to allow guys to make deals after the MLB deadline hits).

My main money league had one big trade before the deadline (Johan Santana for Prince Fielder between 2nd and 3rd place). Seemed to address need areas for both teams quite nicely. Other than that it was business as usual.

This may be a little OT but maybe someone can clear this up for me. If there is a trade proposed before the deadline and is sitting there can it be accepted after the deadline? I thought when the deadline came and went the proposed trade would disappear but it's still sitting there.
