I'm going to be targeting steals for the rest of the saeson. Anyone know where I can find a good article on the best catchers to run on?

Dunno but Estrada from the Brewers has one of the bigger noodle arms I've ever seen.

Another hint to help you too with this: Look at the starting pitchers to run on. Usually the pitcher has more of an effect on the runners being held on than the C does...

I would agree with the poster two posts above me; focus more on the SP than the catcher. Most of the catcher's in the MLB have a good enough arm to throw anyone out, assuming the ball gets to them quick enough. Guys who throw lots of breaking balls, work slowly, and take forever to get to the plate are good guys to target. Tim Wakefield, the Weaver brothers, Daisuke, etc. Usually it's tough to predict against lefties, because they usually do a decent job of holding runners on.

I'd say you want to look at both pitchers and catchers. This thread is a litle dated, but has some good info on pitchers:
