Another hint to help you too with this: Look at the starting pitchers to run on. Usually the pitcher has more of an effect on the runners being held on than the C does...
I would agree with the poster two posts above me; focus more on the SP than the catcher. Most of the catcher's in the MLB have a good enough arm to throw anyone out, assuming the ball gets to them quick enough. Guys who throw lots of breaking balls, work slowly, and take forever to get to the plate are good guys to target. Tim Wakefield, the Weaver brothers, Daisuke, etc. Usually it's tough to predict against lefties, because they usually do a decent job of holding runners on.
