I haven't read up much but he seems pretty solid, certainly a big upgrade over Dave Roberts. The only good part about Roberts is his speed. Rajai has speed plus hitting, fielding and a rocket launcher of an arm. He's getting the majority of starts at CF but still splitting time with Roberts. As he gets better he very well could take CF all to himself but not right now.

Something's wrong with Roberts--he's pinch hit twice in the last two days, then been pinch run for by Noah Lowry, so obviously isn't running right. Davis will continue to get AB's, seems to get on base like crazy, and steals bases. Seems like a Willy Taveras type to me..

i have owned him off and on in a very deep NL 13 team league since 2004....he has one fantasy asset only and that is speed...he can't hit the ball out of the infield and ordinary pitchers regularly knock the bat outa his hands...look for sub .250 BA w/a handful o SBs the rest of the way

He is supposed to be platooning with Dave Roberts, but Roberts is a bit dinged up. Davis will see most of the starts for now, but once Roberts is healthy it'll be Roberts vs RHP and Davis vs LHP.

Agree with this...he's not going to be a fantasy asset.

Roberts has a bruised knee so Davis is filling in. He's been pretty hot lately but is really a .250 hitter as someone above me said. At home he may be a good doubles hitter cause the park is large. I don't think he's really worth picking up unless you're in a deep league and need some steal attempts.

...or unless you have an empty spot on your roster and need some spot starters for tomorrow since alot of regulars are off. I just made a 2 for 1 deal, so I have an empty spot on my roster, and have a good chance of picking up 2 points in steals before the end of the season. So, he was a good fit for me. Especially since SF has a double-header tomorrow.

BTW, he's currently on a pace for 75 steals over 550 ABs.

Run Rajai Run!! 2 more steals today. As far as WW steals go I think you could do worse in deep leagues.

Heck yes! I picked him up for a spot start today, and I may end up keeping him the rest of the year.
