Kazumi Saitoh

I heard he was supposed to come off the DL and start pitching around July 10th.
Does anybody have an update on how he is doing? I can't seem to find any information.

I don't follow the Japanese League, but Baseball Prospectus always have updates on it. Here is the last thing they have on Saitoh.

The return of Kazumi Saito last month didn’t pay immediate dividends. The ace pitcher struggled in his first start back from the DL, but he has pitched two stellar games since, going 13 innings without a run allowed. The stamina hasn’t been there, but the results are encouraging for the stretch run.
