i emailed yahoo recently on this and they replied with we have no response as of right now
what the hell does that mean.. that dont help at all

any other advice for what my league should do? the draft has already started,if bonds isn't in the game we'll have to start all over and its a slow live draft so we can't just push it back.

Just move everyone's pick up a notch ... so you get the player the team after you drafted, and so on. Then you can all trade to get the players you really wanted, and who knows, you may even get some new players you never even knew existed.

I'd say whoever took him is SOL. Everyone knows he MAY not be in it, so if drafting early thats the risk that person is taking. I wouldn't compensate someone for taking a gamble.
