I know that Dale Murphy did it in 1982-1983 (or 83-84).

I think that Ernie Banks won two in a row, though I'm not sure.

And I know that Jimmy Foxx did it, but that's as far as my knowledge goes.

C - Yogi Berra
1b - Frank Thomas (this I remember although Foxx may have as well).
2b - Joe Morgan
3b - Mike Schmidt
ss - Ernie Banks (before he switched to 1B later in his career)
OF - multiple guys have, but Bonds, Murphy, Mantle, and I believe Maris did too.
