maddux toChicago?

Who else agrees that if Maddux goes to Chicago they have to be the front runner for the best rotation in the league. Maddux would probably be the #3 starter.

On another note. Can you imagine the save chances for who ever the closer is in Chicago??

I believe if Maddux ends up in Chicago he would not only have a good year but would also help that young staff. He is a great study and teacher of the game.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

I think maddux would be #4 or #5 on that staff but a great addition nonetheless.

St louis is the team that desperately needs him or somebody to help their staff.

I had Borowski last year and although he did well, he would have been even better had Prior and Wood not had so many complete games.

They only had 7 complete games between them.

Bartolo Colon, Roy Halladay, Mark Mulder, and Livan Hernandez all had more complete games than Prior and Wood combined.

Maddux would definitely bolster their lineup. If all can stay healthy the Chicago is a shoe in for the NLCS
