I think those are close to what he will put up.

i wouldnt gamble on him. one good season out of seven....
there are plenty of guys that put up the numbers you MIGHT get out of him, and they do it year in and year out. Maybe in an AL only league, 3rd - 4th outfielder.

he is super hard to project, he could put up awesome numbers like 30+HR, a 300+avg.,110+Rbi, he could also be very average, and could also pull a jermaine dye, so if you want to take a risk, he is a good candidate, but dont expect much from him. personally i think that throughout the year he goes through spurts of showing awesome skills and spurts of looking like a fool, but his overall numbers will come out to be average.
