What role do you guys see Wilson Alvarez having this year?

He was tremendous in his comeback season last year, posting a 2.37 ERA, a 1.080 WHIP, 7.9 K/9, and career-best control. Problem is, the Dodgers have a boatload of SP so its tough to see him getting 30+ starts. But he's had some other good years as well:

1993: 15-8, 2.95, 155 K
1994: 12-8, 3.45, 108 K
1997: 13-11, 3.48, 179 K

this guy has no value to draft because there is no room for him.. he is someone im keepin my eye on in the waiver list tho cuz dodger pitchers always get hurt
