On the merits of its value alone, it is not vetoable. You could argue that Bedard is the most valuable entity in this trade (even though I probably wouldn't). In any case Bedard and Andruw are valuable enough to command that kind of return. Hughes is a highly speculative acquisition anyhow.
If player value is the only element of this trade that you find objectionable, I'd say it's not vetoable.

I'd much prefer the Vlad side, but I can see an argument the other way. NO VETO.
