I was just about to say Edwin Jackson..

I really think he can be the Dontrelle Willis of 2004. If he isn't taken then i say go for it!

I agree with Thompson. I believe he can have a good year in Atl.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

Might be easier for you to list some guys that haven't been taken and get some input on them.

Darren Dreifort? Rafael Soriano? Oliver Perez? Kyle Lohse?

lohse and soriano have been taken. but oliver perez and driefort are available. i cant really list some young players that havent been taken b/c our FA list only goes to 250 so most of the young players arent on it. and since i am still in school, i miss a lot of the september call-ups. thanks again for everyone's help.

The name Lieber came up and it made me think of Paul Byrd. He had a very good year before he came to the Braves. Anyone think he'll be decent or better?

the pitching coach who oakland has last year was rick peterson, and he was supposedly responsible for develpoing the big 3. With his move to the Mets this year, maybe you could take a chance on one of those guys flourishing with some new coaching.......just a thought.
