Brendan Harris at 2B

Just a little note for those who might enjoy his future 2b eligibility.

Harris wasn't going to be a long-term option at shortstop, so the Rays decided it was best to move him now. Josh Wilson, who clearly has the greater range of the two, should get most of the playing time at shortstop. Ben Zobrist is starting tonight, but he'll be used primarily as a reserve. This would seem to suggest that the Rays have no intention of moving B.J. Upton back to second if Rocco Baldelli returns.

Hal·la·day, n. 1. every fifth day in Philadelphia. 2. a day of rest for the bullpen. 3. innings eater. 4. doc. 5. ace.
