Anthony Reyes - getting another start this week

LaRussa said he's earned another start this week...assuming normal 5 day rest, his next start is @ WASH...anyone thinking he's ready to make the next step? He pitched well against MIL and was dominant @ AAA this year (6-1, 2.57 ERA, 82 K/84 IP), although he sucked with the Cards so far...

He did have some good starts, but they just didn't win in those games. I really think he could be decent this time around, but we'll see if he's turned the corner or not yet.

3rd straight quality start by Anthony Reyes last night. He has a 3.00 ERA and a 1.08 WHIP over those last three outings.

I'm assuming he'll start Friday @ Wrigley, which isn't a great matchup, but I'm gonna keep my eye on him for a spot start.
