Lo Duca should not be starting the Catcher when his hammy feels better.Besides what the Mets pay Lo Duca,is thier any reason why Castro shouldn't be the starting Catcher for the rest of the season?
As a Lo Duca owner,I picked up Castro before Todays game started, where he has another HR already.Castro is the far better hitter.Does Castros' Defense suck that much as to not take over as the starter? If I'm the Coach of the Mets, I start Castro until he cools off.

No, it's not his defense. It's their loyalty to LoDuca, and the fact that LoDuca has been a very popular and hard worker since he became a Met. He has won over the fans, won over Willie, and subsequently will be the starter once he is ready.
Look a little deeper. Castro is batting 80+ points over his career average and is 2HR shy of his career best of 8HR. There is a reason he's never played in more than 100 gams in his career.
well maybe loduca is good at handling the pitchers? he is a veteran and when he was in LA, he was known for being able to handle young pitchers well and call good games. it's not all about the bat.

He's a former first round pick. The hitting skills were always there. I'm inclined to think he could have been a starter, he just never had the chance.

There's a bunch of good reasons why Castro shouldn't start:
1. He's probably not a better bat than Lo Duca. This is the first year he's hit over .250. Sure, he's been a decent source of power in the past, but he's surely not the contact hitter that Lo Duca is.
2. 21 SB against vs. 1 CS? That's bad. Lo Duca does a better job than that against the running game (17/68). However, in all fairness to Ramon, this is not the norm for him(%35 CS).
3. Chemistry with the team. The C is one of the most important positions, both on and off the field. Changing C is much like changing a QB in football; it could affect the entire team, not just the effectiveness at one position...
Just because Castro is having a career hot stretch and LoDuca has struggled (relatively) this year, does not mean that the Mets should change catchers...
This is a lot like the Endy Chavez situation. Many were calling for Endy to be the starting RF on a day to day basis, but Endy loses his spark and his .BA shoots down if he plays too much. Castro, IMO, would probably have the same kind of effect. Besides, Lo Duca is a great team leader and excellent with the pitchers and really holds the Mets together.
