How can you compare a speed player to Helton? Abreu gaining weight was NOT a good thing, because that would only slow him down, and his 30 sb potential is what makes Abreu special..
Todd Helton is still a top 5 pick, regardless... So his average takes a dip, and he hits .320 with 50 HR's and 140 RBI's... I'll Take it!!!

Id take that too. I really dont think that this will be that much of a problem. Weight problems are many times blown way out of proportion.
