For those that haven't noticed, Chris Young is quietly having a VERY nice rookie season. Looks to be on pace for about 20/20. The bad part is his average but it looks like he's heating up now that he's finally trenched in that lead off spot.
Over the last week: 10 R, 2 HR, 2 RBI, 4 SB, .321 Last 2 weeks: 12 R, 4 HR, 5 RBI, 5 SB, .283
He's probably not on many WWs but it seems like he may have hit his groove.

I had him, dropped him for kemp @ colorado, figuring they both had a speed/power combo and the games @ colorado would be a tiebreaker. Oops. I'm going back to Young based on playing time factors. If you can eat his sub-par average, the steals, runs and HRs are a nice mix.

He was available in my 10 team league until 2 days ago. He was drafted, dropped, picked up, and dropped again. This league counts OBP, and K's so that hurts his value some.
Just picked him up for next week, I had Pierre, but my league rewards power #'s more than average and SB's. Hope he keeps it up for a while b/c Crawford is slumping and seems injured like every other week.

They've moved him all over the lineup this year, but he's at .293-.344-.521 in 167 ABs out of the leadoff spot.
He's been terrible with the rest of his ABs, most of which came in the 6 and 7 spots. Lucky for him, the DBacks seem to have settled on him as the leadoff hitter for now.

going by yahoo ranks he's about the 45th ranked outfielder. so if you're league isn't really deep or has a ton of bench spots(which imo makes the league boring with the hoarding of every player) i don't see how it is too surprising. then you've got the OFs behind him who would be foolish or at least cause people to be reluctant to drop them.

i don't play in all super leagues with 11 other fantasy guru's. but it's not too surprising he's available in a lot of leagues.
