Salty playing time in TEX

With Salty possibly going to TEX and TEX possibly moving Laird, where will he play? Mostly at catcher or full time 1B and catching if Laird not traded.

I was hoping Salty would be the everyday 1B since I'd love to make up some games at C. I'm thinking of picking him up now since he was dropped.

Very surprised that Salty not in lineup today vs LHP DDavis. Must be on his way to TEX. However, it's probably a precaution so not to risk an injury to Salty.
