The Indians have reportedly acquired Kenny Lofton from the Rangers for Max Ramirez.
Ramirez, who was picked up from the Braves for Bob Wickman last year, has a very good bat but probably isn't going to last at catcher. Especially if the Rangers also get Jarrod Saltalamacchia, they'll probably be trying Ramirez at first base in the minors pretty soon. He could be ready to hit in the majors by 2009. I'm not sure if this does anything for his fantasy value because I still see him as a part time outfielder for the tribe.

lofton in LF against righties, sizemore in CF against everyone (duh), and nixon in RF against righties is what I'd guess. Against lefties, Michaels and Gutierrez play LF and RF. Maybe Gutierrez steals some additional time from nixon as well?

I'd assume he'd still get pretty good playing time, though his time in Center is probably done. Is it wrong to assume he'd play 5 out of 7 games? I think they can fit him in, especially given their mediocre LF.
Lofton should continue to get all of the starts vs RHPs.... just like he did in Texas. The Indians run more, so I think you should expect his SB totals to bump up just a bit. If he's leading off expect his runs to go up quite a bit, but if he bats lower in the order expect them to go down a little.
i really hope that lofton becomes the new leadoff hitter for the tribe, and he continues to have lots of atbats. i have him in an AL only league and really can't afford to loose any atbats from him. go lofton!!!!!
As an Indians fan I would love to see Kenny batting leadoff again, but I'm not sure it will happen because of the other players we have at the top of our lineup. If we had possibly Kenny then Grady then Victor then Hafner we'd have Lefty, Lefty, Switch. Lefty. That could be trouble in the later innings if the team we're facing has a left handed specialist. I think it is more likely that Kenny will be batting 8th or 9th, but he could still score a solid amount of runs with that top of the order coming up behind him.
I think he will most likely be playing about 5 out of 7 games as has been said, he'll play a lot of left and I think that Nixon will lose some playing time because he's been horrible. He swings like a girl.
