Wow, that is strange. Right handed-pitcher, not overly quick to the plate, slow pitch that's tough for catchers to handle....To me those things are all prime for steals.

No he isn't. He is 8-1 in stolen base attempts according to yahoo against Wake. He's also batting around 340 against him.

Crawford is most definitely NOT 1-for-8 in SB chances against Wakefield. I don't think there have been 7 guys total thrown out against Wakefield in the last three years.
