I am definitely sorry to hear this news, and I don't have Utley on any fantasy team. As a Mets fan, I was looking forward to a fun stretch run with Atlanta and Philly. While this doesn't knock the Phils out, it will certainly make their task a bit more difficult. I hate when good players get hurt in critical times to their teams. A few that come to mind are Jack Clark in 1985, then Vince Coleman that same year in the World Series ... Pedro getting hurt right before the playoffs last year still stings.
Anyway, if he is back in 4 weeks, we are looking at late August ... still plenty of baseball to be played.

I preface this by saying that I own Utley and won't be dropping or trading him at all while he's on this DL stint. BUT, I am concerned about how this will sap his power when he comes back this season, as well as for next season.
