Well, in an attempt to find a silver lining here... I've kind of needed more speed. Now I'll bring in R. Theriot off the bench, put him at 2B.

Besides Utley, there's no other 2B I'd make a mind-blowing trade for. Mediocrity at 2B for the rest of the season.

But again: bright side. Go Theriot!

Dobbs would be a lot better then Nunez , and Dobbs is slugging .500 this year.

Wow I am lucky...just last night I proposed another owner a deal in which I would get Utley....he rejected and was a dick in the message he sent along with it....joke's on him now!!

sure dobbs' bat is 100 % better than nunez's but its the fielding that will determine it. utley's spot on the roster will be taken by brett myers.
