Anyone know why Rich Harden is listed as NA in Yahoo???

I saw my team this morning and Harden (in my DL slot) is listed as NA. This is a Yahoo league. Anyone know why?

Sounds reasonable to me

But the real answer is that Yahoo has been screwing up this way with a lot of DLed guys over the last couple of weeks. It tends to fix itself. Unfortunately, you can't make any roster moves (without dropping someone) until it does. Sucks, doesn't it

This information is provided to Yahoo from an outside source, and it's been going on with several players for the past few weeks (Kendrick, Sheets, Harden, ect).

Well, this is a pretty lame development, since it pretty much locks owners from any roster moves until they cut him (or a second player). I'm not really planning on a contribution from Harden the rest of the way; still, on the off chance he manages a couple magical weeks at the end of September, I'd rather they didn't go on an opponent's stat sheet.

Yea, I had that issue with Kendrick and Sheets, as mentioned above. It generally fixes itself in about 24 hours, but in the meantime, you are screwed out of making transactions and certain roster moves.

In my case, I had 3 people on the DL (Dempster and Kendrick in my 2 DL slots and Sheets still on my active roster). I planned to move Dempster to my active roster when he was activated and move Sheets to the DL slot, but the magical change to "NA" for Sheets prvented me from doing this. Ultimately, losing out on Dempster's 1 innings of relief that day caused me to lose a couple categories in my H2H league (yea, they were that close that 1 IP would have changed things). I emailed Yahoo fantasy baseball help about the issue. I didn't expect themto retro-fix my roster for me, but I said with pride and money on the line, they need to ensure players' statuses are accurate. I got some BS half-automated response saying they thanked me for my concern and would work on fixing the issue. Looks like it didn't work...

I think it's because Harden is up in Canada right now resting himself before starting any kind of rehab.

If you look at ESPN's roster page for the A's, Harden's not on it, DL or otherwise. So it seems to be more than just Yahoo! daftness.
