Yea, I had that issue with Kendrick and Sheets, as mentioned above. It generally fixes itself in about 24 hours, but in the meantime, you are screwed out of making transactions and certain roster moves.
In my case, I had 3 people on the DL (Dempster and Kendrick in my 2 DL slots and Sheets still on my active roster). I planned to move Dempster to my active roster when he was activated and move Sheets to the DL slot, but the magical change to "NA" for Sheets prvented me from doing this. Ultimately, losing out on Dempster's 1 innings of relief that day caused me to lose a couple categories in my H2H league (yea, they were that close that 1 IP would have changed things). I emailed Yahoo fantasy baseball help about the issue. I didn't expect themto retro-fix my roster for me, but I said with pride and money on the line, they need to ensure players' statuses are accurate. I got some BS half-automated response saying they thanked me for my concern and would work on fixing the issue. Looks like it didn't work...
