Per rotoworld 8/4.
Hours after being named the Orioles' closer, Danys Baez earned his first save Friday with a scoreless ninth inning against the Devil Rays.
Jamie Walker tossed a scoreless eighth inning to bridge the gap from Daniel Cabrera to Baez. While Walker and Chad Bradford have been far more effective than Baez, manager Dave Trembley prefers to have them available in the seventh and eighth innings, leaving Baez to do things like convert two-run saves like he did Friday night.
