5 hrs?

nah..

ONLY if it's the FIRST pitch EVERY time and just cuz it's in the dirt or intentional ball or something no excuse..excuses are for wussies.

And those hrs.. did they LEAVE the STATE?

not the stadium, the STATE?

and of course if it's just 5, that BETTER be regulation

got standards ya know.

At this rate he will be drafted in the first round in 2008.

how many of you braun owners were able to claim him only because your waiver request for pence was denied? that happened to me in 2 leagues and boy was i lucky! :-D

It's absolutely nuts. When Butler came up, he was claimed with the #1. The next #1 took Gallardo when he was called up (some of you may remember that it was my friend that I had to let him know since he traded for the waiver pick) and I was sitting at #2. The guy who had the #1 didn't claim Braun and I wound up with him.

i'm definitely in the missed-out-on-pence-so-took-braun camp.

but i'm also in the have-A-Rod-and-a-Util(Thome)-guy-so-braun-is-sitting-on-my-bench camp in a couple leagues.

and i'm in the BJ-went-on-DL-so-i-grabbed-Braun-for-3b camp as well.
