Russian roulette is not my game and I sure don't feel lucky but I think the kid has something to prove after being over looked. I think he shuts down the Tribe and being a 2 start pitcher this coming week I am throwing him out there to see what he can do.

He wasn't doing that great in his rehab starts. I'd sit him for a couple, see how he does. I'm hoping for the best though.
Who's spot is he taking anyways? Tavaras?

Yeah, I believe he is pitching in the place of Taveras, who is going to the bullpen.

Ya he's taking Julian's spot....If you're in daily lineup leagues I think the play with Lester is to pick him up, SIT HIM against the Indians (even though their offense has cooled over the past month) and if its a decent outing play him over the weekend at home against the Devil Rays

I'm not too hopeful of him providing good value to my team though...keep in mind last year before the cancer he was constantly working out of jams (as the WHIP indicates)...and his ERA wasn't too accurate as to how he was really performing...If anything I guess he's got a good chance to pick up a win every time he takes the mound...

I'm not sure if that's the way to go. Tampa is one of the better offenses vs left handed pitchers.

I think his third start will be against Baltimore. Personally I wouldn't consider starting him until then.
