I think this video clearly shows how much jail reform is needed in the Phillipines. I mean, the zombie problem must be a real nightmare. How can people live like this? Even the undead!

Well, it goes to show you that India isn't the only country with a bizarre fascination with all things Michael Jackson.

If I could be serious for a minute, yes, the Philippines could use some serious jail reform, but with political feuds being so personal that nothing ever gets accomplished, there won't be any improvements. I had seen a news report a few years back where there's jail overcrowding even for the most minute offenses, which further deteriorates already deplorable living conditions which takes a massive toll on inmates' psyches...which in turn explains the video.
