Saito having problems..DL bound?

Just got him on my team last night in a trade and now this. Just my luck. He better not be DL bound. Per Rotoworld and CBS..

Takashi Saito remained limited Friday by tightness in the back of his right shoulder and his neck.

The Dodgers don't expect Saito to go on the DL. "Pitchers get these from time to time," trainer Stan Conte said. "You use your shoulder blades and your neck muscles a lot when you throw. If there is some tightness in there, it does affect you when you try to throw." Saito might be available Saturday. If not, Jonathan Broxton could close.

so with the fact that broxton is a shut down pitcher.. and saito is a bit sore or whatever.. how hard is it going to be for him to grab back the closer role.

just got him in a trade and he is already scaring me.

Today was a save OPP and he didn't come in so hopefully they will give him the weekend off and he will be ready by next week. I have him and can't afford for him to go on DL b/c we have no DL spot and he will just take up bench spot until he comes back while in the meantime someone can pick up Broxton and then play him while Saito sits on my bench. No DL spots suck!!!!!!!

Yea, I was watching the game today and they said Saito was supposed to be available today, yet he didn't come in a save situation. A bit curious, but I'm thinking it isn't anything too bad. Since Broxton didn't pitch all of the 8th, they figured it was safe to let him finish and be cautious with Saito. I hope he's back soon...

Saito got injured a month or so ago, and Broxton got a few save opportunities. he did absolutely horrible.

Well, Broxton got a save tonight, so maybe he will do better this time.

If Saito's injury becomes a bigger problem, I think the Dodgers won't rely on Broxton but probably go get someone. Maybe Dotel...
