LeCroy or Wilson...

Postby baseball genius » Sat Feb 07, 2004 10:36 pm

Who do you think will have the better year LeCroy or Wilson?

It's the 11th round (pick 170) in my 16 team keeper league and I'm looking to solve my catcher situation.

Here is my team so far:

C-
1B- David Ortiz
2B- Jeff Kent
SS- Jimmy Rollins
3B- Morgan Ensberg
OF- Vernon Wells
OF- Carl Crawford
OF- Trot Nixon

SP- Javier Vazquez
SP- Roy Oswalt

RP- Armando Benitez

Do you think I should get one of these catchers or a pitcher?

Note: The best closers left are Looper and Graves.

if you are talking about Craig Wilson then go with him. If you are talking about Dan wilson then go with Lecroy.

I agree though..i'd rather have Looper over both of them and then come back and get one later.

Ya I was talking about Craig Wilson.

I took your advice and went with Looper. I hope it was the right choice.

I think Craig Wilson is the most talented there; that said, I think I like Lecroy a little better...........

If it's Vance Wilson or Tom Wilson, take LeCroy. LOL, there's actually more Wilson catchers than Molina's.

But I'd be careful when drafting LeCroy. When Morneau gets called up, LeCroy will lose a lot of DH AB's. Morneau might play 1B a little bit as well and send Minky to the bench, but I wouldn't want LeCroy as my only catcher for this season.

Craig Wilson seems like the way to go.
