well said they are a rowdy, talented bunch will make firworks if the dodgers manage to get into the postseason dodgers have always been fun to watch and have always had at least a decent team that looked like it attempted to win at least in all its games, even the games it lost.....same case this year i believe

I went ahead and picked him up off the wire last night ...My OF in shambles with Cuddyer on the DL, Soriano and Jermaine Dye stinkin it up. So I dropped Damon and Sexson who were bench players on my team for Butler and Kemp ...this could either be a genius or moron move, we shall see heh ...usually I'm super conservative and patient but those guys have been dead weight for a lonnng time so I felt I had to make some changes and shake things up. I hope he sticks in the lineup and moves down in the order cause the dude can run as well and I want me some SB's! ...I'm glad I started this topic cause I actually felt more obligated to get him if that makes any sense.
Grady Little seems to be a genius playing him in the right situations. But hovering around .400 vs. both Righties and lefties should be buying him a regular slot. Last year, the curve ball made Kemp look real bad. I dont know how he`s hitting against curves this year. I wouldnt look back in picking him up, I dont think there is any down side.
.....ain't nobody got nothing to say about a 40-degree day. ...
Kemp has hit for a high average at almost every stop in the minors. However, what's weird is had more HR power his first two years in the minors than this year and last. But at the major league level, he crushes it. Either way he looks like a helluva prospect considering his age and abilities. Some previous posters are right, if he can hit the breaking ball more regularly, he definately deserves a fulltime gig batting higher up in the lineup.

Yea i was watching the game on the Mets local channel here in NY.
Commentator was stating how he was brought on for defense, ended up making the error allowing mets to tie up the game in the 9th. and he struck out with 2 on in the 10th.
i hope this doesnt hurt his play time now. I just picked him up today!!!
0-2 Flyout, Strikeout Error
...somewhere, on other planets, actual "Beasts" are referring to each other as "Brauns."
Does anyone know a pattern or method behind his playing time? ...like for instance does hit more against righties or lefties? more at home or away? ...or at this point is it still not defined. If anyone has an idea it would be greatly appreciated so I can know when to start him with confidence on certain days.
