He had 2 steals last night and one was home plate. Do you mean starting today at 1:58pm he is going to quit running?
I wouldn't say he's a LOCK. The guy hasn't stolen 20 bases since 1990. I agree that he probably will, but the guy is getting up there in years. The first sign of a tweaked hammy and sheff will not be running this aggressively, if at all.

I'd say 3 of those guys will finish 30/30 if they stay healthy. Wright, Sizemore, and Rollins. Soriano, Beltran, Sheffield and Ramirez will be very close. I don't think it changes the way people will look at pure speed players though. In roto leagues there will always be a place for those kind of players. Plus, the guys above will almost all be drafted high and be evenly distributed. You can't really stockpile 30/30 guys.

I have 5 of listed players and could see being able to select them all next year looking for 25/25: Sheff, Wright, Phillips, Braun, and Byrnes

Will Soriano get 30 SB's? He was interviewed at the all-star break and said something like "I won't be running as much since I am on a better team now"

I know it may be getting repetitive at this point, but this lists really points to how underrated Phillips has been this year

He has been ridiculous but even so, he only has a .327 OBP. Looks like a poor man's Soriano with slightly better plate discipline and not as much power.

I think Wright will make it but I would think it would be tough for anyone else to hit the mark. I could see Phillips, Rollins and Ramirez come close but I think they may fall a couple HR short.
