I know the reds just sent him down to AAA for the all-star break...but I thought he was going to return to the reds again... any news on when he is going to start again?

I read something about him getting demolished in his AAA start, something like 6 runs in less then 4 or 5 innings. I think they're still going to bring him back, maybe around the weekend, but it doesn't look like he's going to be very useful in fantasy this year.

I just read this on rotoworld:

The Reds have backed off their guarantee that Homey Bailey will be recalled later in the week after he struggled in his one start for Louisville. It could happen, but it doesn't seem to be a sure thing.
