Is it H2H roto or points based, and if so it depends on how many points are given for saves and steals.

I don't think the offer is as lopsided as you think, but I would much rather have Sheff and Renteria than Smoltz and Pierre.

for a 4 category stuf and a very solid ss and a worse pick

How many people before the season begins have the NEED to trade a 1st or second rounder and a third rounder for a third rounder and a 6th rounder and a worse pick. If they NEED to do that, they NEED to draft better

no. player values change drastically determining on league setup. For example, in a lot of points leagues you come across, closers are huge point scorers, so youll see gagne go top 5. On the other hand, no closer is worth a 1-2nd rd pick in roto.

Not to mention the changes customized catagories bring.

I think it could be close depending on your other players, and needs... But face value... Sheffield, and Renteria are slightly better..
