I don't know it is not a bad offer at all..if this is a roto league..then Pierre can almost carry you in SB's by himself and if Smotlz stay healthy you have a saves stud. Renteria is a solid SS but there are close to a dozen solid SS's to pick from these days. Sheff is good but again..he puts up numbers you can get from a lot of OFers..
Just depends on your system..if this is roto..I would do it..if it is points..probably not. you say H2H..but not sure how you score..we use a head to head but roto style..so.
WHAT OTHER PLAYERS DO THESE TWO HAVE?
WHAT IS THE SPECIFIC SCORING SYSTEM? (H2H can have lots of ways to decide who wins for the week)
Sometimes its ok to make a trade where you take the lesser end, if it helps you where you need help.
Personally I see a stud closer and the tops steals guy and a pick
for a 4 category stuf and a very solid ss and a worse pick
That looks like a pretty fair offer, depending on NEED.
I cant even tell if the original poster thinks the person GETTING sheff/renteria is getting screwed, or the person GIVING them is.
but trades involve NEED.

I don't know what kind of league it will be exactly, first time playing baseball. Just know it's H2H. And I see my guys being to valuable to give up for a somewhat over-values SB guy. Renteria will get SOME bags and I think him and Sheff are better. Close though I guess.
I just don't see the incentive for me, when I can pick up someone like Cordero at a reasonable value in the 12th and not be out a SS.
