From the
SignOnSanDiego.com:
Jake Peavy's first start of the second half will be moved back from Sunday to Tuesday. “I have a little ache in my biceps,” Peavy said. “It's nothing I haven't had before.” Said manager Bud Black: “After talking to Jake it was in the best interest for him and the club to move him back a couple of days.”

Ugh, the rest of my NL-only rotation consists of - Hirsh, Jennings, and Billingsley...let's hope it's nothing.

Of course I play the 2nd place team next week, and he owns Peavy.

2 Starts for him now.

Who cares...this post is about Peavy and him getting bumped back...not about how it affects you...does anyone have any REAL information to contribute?

from what ive read Jake says hes had it in years past...not uncommon for pitchers, and usually they just need a lil rest. fingers crossed that it doesnt derail Jakes cy young chase. lets hope hes pulling a "Bedard"...complaining about arm issues only to lure other team into his CG-SHO slaughterhouse. haha
