Where do you like to play fantasy baseball? Does the site you play on give out a t-shirt or cash prizes?

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

no

everyone in here plays Yahoo and they will tell you non-stop for 5 pages how freaking great it is.

If you mention you use a different site, they will tell you it sucks.
If you reply, "No you suck," they will say, "Whatever, you're the one who sucks."

It will go on like this for upwards of 5 months until you finally leave the site or join yahoo just to see how sucky it is first hand
YAHOO! RULES!!!!!

AMEN BRENDO!

But guess what! I USE TQ STATS! AND WE PLAY FOR $$$$, because there is no other reason to play. We have a $35 entry fee, $90 to the website, $125 to the winner, $70 to second, $35 to third, and $3 goes to the winner of each of the 10 categories.

I can't believe no one plays for $ on this site. Baffles me. I understand if you can't afford it. But I think all of us can part with $10. The reason most ppl play on Yahoo is, and I am guessing here, they cannot get 8-10 ppl together in their neighborhood to play together for cash, so they play for free, am I right.

Baseball is a game where a curve is an optical illusion, a screwball can be a pitch or a person, stealing is legal and you can spit anywhere you like except in the umpire's eye or on the ball. ~Jim Murray

I've noticed that, I play on Yahoo but don't think it is all it is hyped up to be. The main reason I used it was because it was free. But Yahoo is better than Sandbox. This will be only my third year doing FLB, so I do lack experiance on the various sites (not sure where I'll end up this year). Out of the 2 I've done yahoo has been the best but not spectacular. Still looking for the right site.

I usually have one team on Yahoo in a public league just for fun, but I play in a national pay league. 14 team, 6x6, roto, keeper league. People seem to be more into the game and stay active when they pay to play. O:-)

I've used TQSTATS for 2 years and like it and will use it again this year. I've never used Yahoo.
Roger Angell: I was talking with Bob Gibson and I said: 'Are you always this competitive?' He said: 'Oh, I think so. I got a three-year old daughter, and I've played about 500 games of tic-tac-toe with her and she hasn't beat me yet.'
