What kind of numbers are you expecting from him this year. I was searching down the mlb sb leaders and saw him, Soriano and Beltran as the only guys who could drive in runs and steal bases. 11 hrs and 78 rbis i think could translate in 25-100 this year. My prediction is 290 avg, 95 runs, 35 sbs, 25 dingers and 95 ribbies. Whats yours?

I think those numbers are a little over the top myself. I look for:

.285 avg
75 rbi
88 runs
23 sb
13 hr

why will his SB's go down?? He should have gained more plate discipline after playing last year, which translates into more walks, which translates into more SB's.

I read where he thought the Devil Rays would win the East in 2004.

He was then arrested for TUI.

Baldelli is valued so much in my long-running keeper league... but if we're talking about 2004 projections, i look for this:

.292, 20hr, 88 rbi, 29 sb, 100+ runs

he's starting to look a lot like soriano... which could mean a huge power boost this year.

I think these numbers are a little more realistic. A quality player, I dont see him hitting a lot of homers.
