I've heard that he's expected to return to the rotation around July 25th or so, but do you guys think he'll be effective enough to put in the rotation or not, or do you think I should wait until August sometime to put him the rotation?

he wil be effective. he didn't have a shoulder or elbow problem. just had bone chips shaved off. its not a matter of rehabbing an injured body part, just a matter of him getting his arm and back into shape.
