I just saw Knocked Up and that is was absolutely hilarious. I've heard that a few actors from the movie also played in the short lived TV series. Has anyone seen this TV show? I've heard great things about this show but have never seen it myself. I've looked at video stores to try and rent it but no store around me carries it. I grew up in the 80's so it might be better to someone who lived during that timespan. Any opinions on the show would be appreciated.

One of the most underrated shows of all time in my opinion. You'd be amazed at how some of the Knocked Up characters used to look. The show was way too ahead of its time though and its good to see Judd Apatow finding his niche in film. "Undeclared" is a similarly underrated, under appreciated Apatow show.

Yeah, Freaks and Geeks was a good show; you'll see some Seth Rogan and a young James Franco (which is probably why he did the cameo in Knocked Up). Undeclared wasn't as good, in my opinion, but still worth watching; Rogan had a bigger role in that, as well as some familiar faces from Knocked Up and 40 Yr Old Virgin. I also remember a significant Adam Sandler and entourage guest spot in that show.

I thought it was a funny show...lots of the young actors were/are pretty decent.
It aired in 1999.

One of my top 5 favorite shows ever. Well written, especially knowing that Paul Feig actually had to go through most of these events. He basically just made a TV show out of all the terrible things that happened to him in high school.
It is out on DVD. It's absolutely worth it.
