I'll be in the minority here and go with Clement. He had a very nice second half last season and I like him for 3.50 ERA and 1.20 WHIP. I think it is the WHIP that will make him more valuable than Nomo since everything else may be about equal. Plus, you should be able to get Clement at a cheaper price.
