my biggest complaint with it last year was the draft took over 4 hours to complete. I was pretty ticked about that. Also, for some reason I couldn't make daily pitching changes. Just weekly. That might be a setting that a commish could tweak but i'm not sure.

yeah, that must be a commish setting, never heard any complaints about that
we have an offline draft, so I wouldn't know about the online draft. I would say do an offline draft either using an empty league in yahoo, in person, or in a chat room
ESPN keeper league is good, I'm in one now and yes you can trade all year around. So far ESPN is the best leagues I've been in. Yahoo would be good but with free leagues you get crappy owners. Not that ESPN doesn't have its share of inactive owners but when you pay for a league your more likely going to stick with it!! But yeah the keeper leagues for ESPN are pretty good, with trading all year around.

Only league i have played is ESPN. Its really good, although it can be annoying if the server is busy. I havent played the keeper but i am going to get one for sure this year. Only bad thing is you hve to have your keepers by the 25th or so of January. The same day BOONE got hurt. Pretty much every owner that kept him, found out four hours later he was pretty much a wasted keeper.
