So, he has been pretty awful since returning from that knee injury, including 3K's in 4 AB's tonight. Any word on if he's still hurting or if he is just struggling at the moment?
I signed him for a boost in R, SB, and AVG...the average has been bad enough, but he hasn't even been walking enough to score runs or steal bases recently.
ive been wondering the same thing. ive had him on my bench ever since he came back from that injury. hopefully he snaps out of it soon because im missing his steals!
I'm wondering the same thing. Willits has talent, but if he's not getting on base, he does me absolutely no good. With Lugo sitting on the WW, I'm wondering if I should make a move
Its probably a combination of him getting hurt and him still being a rookie. The guy is probably going to be streaky as he gets used to the major leagues...
Well two walks today is a good thing. However, I'm not sure what to think about the two caught stealings in two days. One part of me wants to say its good that he's feeling good enough to attempt two SB's in two days, but the other part says that if he was 18-2 before the injury and 0-2 after, he might not be all the way back.

Lets just hope the ASB gets him healed.
Before we get to concerned keep in mind Posada made two perfect throws to get him this weekend.

2 walks is a good sign, as long as he gets on base. I'm pretty sure he'll turn it around, the biggest worry should be how much patience Scioscia has with him. I don't think he'd hesitate to put Garrett back in LF.
