What Was Wrong with Billy Petrick?

The Kid wasn't pitching bad at all, and he just got set down for Sean Gallagher. It seems to me that Petrick has been much better than Gallagher yet Gallagher is in the Bigs right now.

The Cubs needed a long reliever and Petrick was the best guy to send down I guess. Personally I would have cut Eyre and have both of them up, but for soem reason they still have a little faith in him.
