they're even the exact same height/weight ... and those are the numbers he'll post -5 or so HRs per year due to the Commerica Factor.
I'm wary when a team as shrewd as the A's gives up on a player so early in his career when he was heralded as a future MVP candidate. They couldn't wait to get rid of him. He must have a fatal flaw of some kind.
As a lifelong Tiger fan, I don't ever remeber looking forward to a season more than this. They won't win anything, of course, but they have avery interesting team.
MLB.com had its Pudge Rodriquez's Tiger replica jersey on sale less than 20 hours after he signed.
