Got him in the 19th round of a 12 team 5 x 5. What can you tell me about him?
I chose him over K Escobar, Radke, Cliff Lee, and Tony Armas. Was that a wise choice?

he's a good sleeper candidate I expect 4.00 era and 1.20 whip with 13-15 wins

Lawrence was your best pick out of the bunch you mentioned.
San Diego will have a good year with the new lineup and ballpark and also the NL West is weaker; Schilling, K.Brown gone, SF is weaker. ;-D

solid pickup ...very underrated in my unbiased opinion. The Padres lack of bullpen cost him wins early in the season, and there was couple of games that he blew in the 9th inning becuase Bochy didn't trust the pen. BLaw is a solid pitcher and I have had him on my roster for the last two years. ;-D

I would have picked Escobar or "Unnamed pitching sleeper". Escobar looked really good last season when he wasn't pitching in Toronto, and "Unnamed pitching sleeper" was being talked about as a Cy Young canidate before going down with an injury.

That said, I would agree with the numbers trevisc put up.

Die Hard Cubbie and I were just discussing him the other day. And we both came to an agreement, "not" to mention him as a sleeper, or at all, at until we started seeing his name pop up on these forums... :-)
