Adam LaRoache on a complete tear..........

Postby mcd285 » Thu Jul 05, 2007 5:38 pm

Over the last week.........

13/28 6runs 3hr 8rbi 0sb 4so .464 avg .500 ob%

He went 3/4 today with 2 bombs.

He may be ready to go on that 2nd half tear we have been hearing about. May be worth a flier if you have someone to drop.

Just in time for the guy in last place to play me. Now I may end up losing to this guy and be the guy who gave this guy his first win. Thanks B. Hall, AROD, Johjima, and Big Unit for getting a sex change this week. :~(

Typical LaRoche...The Calandar turns to July and the guy begins to mash...this is why I held him all year

For how much everybody whines about this guy, he's on pace for 25-30 HR and 100 RBI. The average is a little low but still, I'll be very happy with those numbers considering where most people drafted him...

his splits show he is the quintessential second-half hitter. his average jumps 30 points and he has a better HR ratio. What else is there to like??

He wont match last years stats....

If you can find someone to sell high on Laroche to, do it. Hes on the the streakiest and inconsistant players in all of baseball.

Fortunately, he's already had his three-month inconsistent patch. No one expects him to match last seasons post-ASB numbers, but if he can hit .290 with 15 homers, he's going to drive in quite a few runs and be rather valuable, especially considering his pathetic first half (which is looking better and better by the day).
