fanball reporting that E.Bedard says he has dead arm...no control over his pitches and no velocity. reason why ChiSox tore him up on Monday. he says he battles it every year...but still not good news. he had been on fire. oh well...
fight thru it man, my O's and my fantasy team needs ya...

yea its on rotoworld.com too.
he says he got it last yr and its nothin to worry about. hell just need osmetime to recover. its perfect timing for the allstar game for rest. im just glad thats the reason why he got rocked last start cause i just traded for him.

busted up by ChiSox on Monday, complains of dead arm...
CG-SHO 15k domination of Rangers on Saturday...
super glad i kept him in lineup...

I'll second that.
A guy in my league who needed a SS traded Bedard and Beltran for Hardy and Thome about a month ago. The trade somehow passed by one vote. I couldn't believe it

i wonder if the whole dead arm is an excuse...... against the whitesox he was throwing low 90's whats dead about that?

Os fan here...watched some of game. announcers were jokingly guessing same thing as well...that "dead arm" was a ploy. he was able to hit 97 mph in the late innings last night, vs low 90s on monday...that could be his version of "dead arm"
